Evelyn, a native Honduran, has been working at the Learning Crib for 4 years. She has extensive experience caring for children both in Honduras as well as the US. She is a very loving and caring teacher and has chosen this profession out of her passion for working with young children. She thoroughly enjoys what she does and it shows in the close relationships she has developed with the children. Her terrific sense of humor and positive attitude add so much to the childcare environment. An ambitious and independent person, Evelyn is always seeking to learn and improve. She has mastered the English language and will now concentrate on more formal areas of early childhood education. In her free time, Evelyn likes spending time with her extended family and exploring the area. She loves living in the MVDC.
Bridget is our childcare aid and creative coordinator. She grew up within a daycare family and has extensive experience with children of all ages. She is the “big kid” that all of the little kids love. She feels so fortunate to have had so many little brothers and sisters through the years. Her creative genius fuels the dramatic play that children enjoy so much. The senior staff have learned a lot from her insight through the years. She bridges the gap between the younger and older minds. She is currently a home-school junior and would like to study nursing after graduation.
